How Riders Earn Willow Wheel Spins
Riders can unlock a Premium Willow Wheel Spin after every 5 completed PSR rides or after earning 5 Willow Challenge trophies.
That means Life Perks partners are connected to repeat riders and engaged Willow users — not random coupon hunters.
This Is Not a Coupon Book
PSR is not trying to flood customers with random discounts. Life Perks is designed to feel personal, local, limited, and connected to real rider activity.
Customers earn access through completed rides and Willow Challenge trophies. The Wheel then sends them toward specific local categories, towns, and partner options.
One Wheel Spot Per Town and Category
PSR may limit Life Perks Wheel spots by town and category. That means we are not trying to load the Wheel with every business in the area.
Example
A coffee shop in Travelers Rest may hold the Coffee spot for that area. A different coffee shop may hold the Coffee spot in Greenville, Simpsonville, Clemson, or another PSR service area.
This protects the value of the partnership. If every category is overcrowded, the Wheel starts feeling like a coupon app. PSR is building the opposite: a smaller, stronger local network.
Local Restaurants Only
For Restaurant / Dining and Casual Eats categories, PSR is focused on local restaurants, local cafés, local dessert shops, and locally owned food businesses.

How the Willow Wheel Helps Partners
Riders earn Premium Willow Wheel spins through repeat PSR activity: every 5 completed rides or every 5 Willow Challenge trophies can unlock a spin. When the Wheel lands on a Life Perks category, the rider may be sent toward available local partner options in that category.
