Simple policies to keep rides reliable for both riders and drivers.
Regular rides: Book 2+ hours ahead
Same-day requests may be possible if a driver is available.
Long distance: 60 minutes minimum notice
Helps ensure a driver is positioned and ready.
Airport rides: 6 hours minimum notice
Reserved driver availability for airport runs.
Pickup grace: First 5 minutes free
After 5 minutes, the ride auto-cancels unless the customer texts WAIT5 to the driver.
Waiting after 5 minutes: $1/min
Only applies if the driver agrees to wait after receiving WAIT5.
Cancellation: First time block charged if canceled within 1 hour of pickup
Outside the 1-hour window, cancellation is free.
No-show: Charged first time block of ride type
Protects driver time and scheduling.
Service policy: Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may result in service restrictions
We keep PSR reliable for drivers and riders.
Tip: If you’re running late at pickup, text WAIT5 before the 5-minute mark to keep your ride active.
