Test demand before you launch.

Demand Drop policy foundation

Dropper / Vendor Agreement

Rules for creators, vendors, businesses, and hosts that submit planned Drops.

Honest planned Drops

Droppers must submit accurate, genuine planned launches and may not create fake demand, manipulate commitments, or misrepresent popularity.

Fulfillment responsibility

The dropper—not Demand Drop—is responsible for fulfillment, timing, customer communication, corrections, and resolving issues connected to the offer.

Compliance responsibility

  • Maintain required licenses, permits, insurance, and tax compliance.
  • Follow safety, product, food, event, venue, and consumer-protection requirements.
  • Provide accurate restrictions, risks, allergens, capacity, and eligibility details.

Food and event responsibilities

Food sellers are responsible for food safety and applicable laws. Event and class hosts are responsible for accurate event details, access, capacity, safety, and lawful operation.

Accurate listings

Titles, prices, estimates, photos, deadlines, locations, descriptions, and fulfillment terms must not be misleading.

Review and removal

Drops may be reviewed before publication. Demand Drop may reject, request changes to, suspend, or remove Drops that do not meet platform rules.

Future fees

Future paid plans and success fees will require separate payment terms. No paid plan or success-fee collection is activated by this release.
