Demand Drop policy foundation
Terms of Service
The basic rules for using Demand Drop as a demand-testing platform for planned launches.
What Demand Drop is
Demand Drop is a demand-testing platform for planned business offers, products, food drops, events, classes, experiences, and idea tests. It is not a random used-item marketplace.
Launches are not guaranteed
A listing, commitment, or reached goal does not guarantee that a Drop will launch or be fulfilled. Circumstances may change, and the responsible dropper must communicate material updates.
Dropper responsibility
Droppers, vendors, creators, and hosts are responsible for their offers, accuracy, safety, licensing, permits, taxes, quality, fulfillment, and customer communication.
Customer responsibility
Customers must review the price, location or online status, deadline, pickup or event details, and fulfillment notes before committing.
Platform review and enforcement
Demand Drop may approve, reject, remove, restrict, or suspend Drops or access when necessary to protect the platform, users, or marketplace purpose.
Prohibited conduct
- No illegal, unsafe, misleading, or spam listings.
- No fake demand, manipulation, scams, harassment, abuse, or impersonation.
- No use of Demand Drop to evade applicable laws or another party’s rights.
Future features
Future payments, credits, memberships, subscriptions, or other services may have additional terms. Those features are not active in this release.
Limitation of liability placeholder
To the extent permitted by applicable law, final terms may limit Demand Drop’s responsibility for losses arising from third-party Drops, fulfillment, events, products, services, or user conduct. Attorney review is required.
