Refund & Cancellation Policy
Foundation rules for failed, expired, cancelled, or rescheduled Drops before platform payments are enabled.
Drop outcomes
Drops may fail, expire, be cancelled, or be rescheduled. A demand goal does not eliminate the possibility of later changes.
Communication responsibility
Droppers and hosts are responsible for promptly communicating fulfillment, cancellation, and rescheduling changes to affected customers.
Future payments
If platform payments are enabled later, refund eligibility may depend on the Drop type, checkout terms, payment processor rules, fulfillment status, and applicable law.
Future credits
If Demand Credits are enabled later, failed Drops may return credits to a customer balance under a separate Demand Credits policy. Credits are not active now.
Demand Drop support role
Demand Drop may provide support and enforce platform rules, but it does not automatically control every vendor or host refund unless payment processing is enabled through the platform.
