Event & Class Host Policy
Rules for hosts testing demand for in-person, online, or hybrid events and classes.
Allowed formats
Event Drops may be in-person, online, or hybrid. Web classes, online workshops, coaching groups, local experiences, and clearly described live sessions are allowed.
Accurate event details
Hosts are responsible for accurate dates, times, locations, online access details, capacity, safety information, age restrictions, required materials, and cancellation or rescheduling terms.
Credentials and claims
Hosts must not misrepresent credentials, qualifications, outcomes, endorsements, availability, or the nature of the event.
Laws and venues
Hosts must follow applicable laws, permits, insurance requirements, accessibility obligations, venue rules, and online-service terms.
Platform role
Demand Drop helps test demand. It does not host, operate, supervise, or guarantee an event unless that role is explicitly stated for a specific Drop.
