At Palmetto State Rides, we believe our clients deserve both consistency and reliability. This policy explains how preferred drivers, substitutions, and privacy protections work within our service system so that every ride experience remains smooth, secure, and transparent.

1) Preferred Drivers

Our system allows you to choose or request your preferred driver. Your preferred driver is the professional you trust and enjoy riding with most.

  • When available, your preferred driver will be assigned automatically for future rides.
  • If your preferred driver is unavailable, another approved driver may be dispatched to ensure you reach your destination on time.
  • Your preferred driver status remains active unless you request a change or consistently book with another driver.

2) When Your Preferred Driver Is Unavailable

We understand that availability changes due to scheduling or route conflicts. When this happens:

  • Another qualified and background-checked Palmetto State Rides driver will complete your trip.
  • Your ride information, pickup details, and route preferences are automatically shared with the substitute driver through our secure system.
  • Your preferred driver will remain listed on your profile unless you choose otherwise.

3) Loyalty & Relationship Continuity

Palmetto State Rides values long-term relationships. We track loyalty connections between clients and drivers to ensure quality, consistency, and recognition for great service.

  • If you begin riding primarily with a different driver (three or more consecutive rides), our system may automatically update your preferred driver to reflect your current choice.
  • You can contact us anytime to update your preferred driver manually.

4) Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information and trip history are always kept secure. Palmetto State Rides, LLC owns and manages all client data in accordance with state and federal privacy laws.

  • Individual drivers can only access ride information necessary to complete your trip.
  • Drivers are prohibited from copying, storing, or contacting clients outside of the official Company system.
  • We never sell or share your information with third parties.

5) Service Quality & Trust

All drivers operate under strict Company guidelines to maintain the highest level of professionalism. Whether your ride is completed by your preferred driver or a substitute, you can expect the same courtesy, comfort, and safety standards that define Palmetto State Rides.
