What Is a Client Block?
Every ride you complete builds trust, and that trust becomes long-term value. With PSR, your loyal customers form your Client Block: a verified, measurable list of recurring clients that belongs to you.
- 100 Clients — Starter Tier
- 200 Clients — Builder Tier
- 500 Clients — Elite Tier
Each certified block represents proven business performance and is eligible for verification and potential resale.
The One-Year Maturity Rule
To ensure authenticity and long-term value, PSR enforces a strict maturity policy:
- Driver Eligibility: You must maintain active PSR driving status for at least 12 consecutive months.
- Client Eligibility: Each client must have been active within the PSR system for at least 12 months from their first completed ride.
This guarantees that every certified block reflects genuine, recurring customer relationships.
Certification & Verification
Once both maturity requirements are met, your client block can be submitted for PSR certification. Each submission is reviewed for data accuracy and relationship strength.
- Each client has completed two or more rides within the last 90 days.
- At least 60% of the clients remain active.
- Ride data is verified through PSR’s internal systems before certification approval.
Certified lists receive an official Block ID Number (e.g., PSR-Block-2025-001) for verification and potential resale.
Sale & Transfer Policy
- Each driver may sell a maximum of one certified block per 12-month period (Elite drivers may qualify for two).
- All sales require PSR company approval and include a 3–5% administrative verification fee.
- PSR reserves first right of refusal to purchase certified blocks before external transfer.
- Any fraudulent or ineligible clients invalidate certification.
Important: Clients newer than one year may not be included in any certified or sold block.
Integrity & Compliance
To preserve fairness and value across all driver assets, PSR maintains strict integrity guidelines:
- Falsified or ineligible clients lead to suspension of certification rights.
- Individual client sales are prohibited — only full certified blocks may be transferred.
- All block certifications are digitally logged for audit and verification.
