Driver Agreement page

1) Independent Contractor Status

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am an independent contractor, not an employee of PSR. I am responsible for taxes, vehicle maintenance, fuel, and insurance.

2) Compensation & Scheduling

• Base pay and per-minute rate are provided at onboarding.
• Scheduled rides only; no on-demand pickups.
• Maximum of two scheduled rides per hour.

3) Vehicle & Insurance

I will maintain valid registration/insurance and keep my vehicle in safe operating condition. I will notify PSR of any lapse or license issues.

4) Conduct & Brand Standards

Professionalism and clear communication are required. I will not solicit PSR riders for off-platform/private rides.

5) Media / Likeness

I grant PSR permission to use my name/photo on driver directories and promotional materials.

6) Charity Program

I understand PSR donates $1 per completed ride to the Driver Charity of the Month and may invite driver participation in public updates.

7) Termination

Either party may terminate. PSR may deactivate drivers who violate policy, laws, or safety standards.

8) Liability

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless PSR from claims arising out of my conduct or vehicle operation while providing rides.

9) Entire Agreement

This document represents the full understanding between the driver and PSR and supersedes prior communications.
