Driver & Vehicle Requirements
To deliver the Experience, Safety, and Comfort we promise, every driver and vehicle must meet the standards below.
1) General Standards
- Vehicle model year 2019 or newer.
- Four doors and seats at least 4 passengers comfortably.
- Annual inspection by a certified mechanic.
- Clean, smoke-free, and free of dents, odors, or warning lights.
- Working A/C, heat, seatbelts, power windows, and door locks.
2) Safety Equipment
- Functioning headlights, brake lights, turn signals, horn, and wipers.
- Spare tire or inflator kit and phone charger available.
- Registered, insured, and up-to-date license & tags.
3) Not Allowed
- Salvage or rebuilt titles, loud exhaust, or visible body damage.
- Aftermarket lighting that may distract other drivers.
- Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
4) Driver Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Professional, courteous, and local-area knowledge.
- Smartphone for dispatch and GPS.
