Scheduling Rule

Two scheduled rides allowed per driver, per hour.

We book in two 30-minute slots each hour (for example: 6:00–6:30 and 6:30–7:00). If a driver already has two rides within the same hour, that time will not be available for another booking.

This keeps rides on time, prevents overload, and protects both your income and the passenger’s experience.

Standard Rides — Time Block Pricing

Standard rides use simple, flat-rate time blocks. No surge. No mileage tricks. Just clear pricing and strong driver pay.

The system chooses the correct block based on estimated time. You see your payout for each ride in advance, before you accept the booking.

XL SUVs & Vans — Flat Rates & Tours

XL SUVs and Vans are used for larger groups, nightlife, and tour packages. They use simple 30 / 45 / 60-minute blocks.

Tours & Special Packages

PSR offers bar crawls, restaurant nights, concerts, Biltmore trips, and other special routes. These are usually built from multiple XL or Van time blocks (for example, 2–4 blocks back-to-back) with strong tip opportunities.

Tours are scheduled in advance. When you accept a tour, you see the total time, base pay, and expected schedule before you commit.

Airport & Special Routes — Flat Fares

Airport rides (for example: GSP ⇄ Greenville / Travelers Rest) and certain long-distance routes use fixed, published flat rates instead of time blocks.

Airport Rides Flat rate by route & vehicle type. No surge. You see your payout on the booking.

Long-Distance Special trips (e.g., Biltmore, concert venues) are priced as packages with clear driver pay.

As airport and tour pricing evolves, the current charts will be available inside the Driver Dashboard so you always know what you earn before accepting a ride.

Dashcam & Safety Requirements

To protect drivers, riders, and PSR as a company, an active dashcam is required while you are driving PSR rides.

Active dashcam required for all PSR rides (front-facing at minimum).
Camera must be powered and recording anytime you are on an active PSR trip.
Footage should be retained for a reasonable period in case of incidents or disputes.
Drivers are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own dashcam.

This is part of what makes PSR different from app-based rideshare — we take driver safety seriously and back you up with real policies.

Clean MVR & background suitable for passenger work.
