🤝 Palmetto State Rides – Referral & Client Policy
To protect our riders, drivers, and referral program, all PSR partners agree to the following rules. Please review carefully and sign at the bottom.
1) Client Ownership & Bookings
- All riders who book through PSR, use PSR promo/referral codes, or contact us via PSR channels are PSR clients.
- All PSR trips must be scheduled, confirmed, and recorded through the PSR system (website/forms/integrations).
2) No Off-Platform Solicitation
- Drivers may not solicit or accept PSR clients for private/off-platform rides.
- No distribution of personal phone numbers or private payment methods to PSR clients for off-platform trips.
3) Referral Program Rules
- Each driver receives a unique referral QR/code. Sharing is encouraged.
- Discounts/donations triggered by referrals are administered only inside PSR.
- Referral misuse (self-referrals, fake accounts, manipulation) is prohibited.
4) Data, Privacy & Conduct
- Client information (names, numbers, addresses, itineraries) is confidential and used solely for PSR services.
- Professional conduct is required in all client communications (calls, texts, social media).
5) Compliance & Consequences
- Violations (including off-platform rides with PSR clients) may result in deactivation and forfeiture of unpaid incentives.
- PSR may audit communications related to PSR bookings when legally permitted.
6) Acknowledgments
- I have read and agree to the PSR Referral & Client Policy.
- I understand policies may be updated; I will review updates shared by PSR.
